Twitter's Trust and Safety Team is Tampering with Reports

Under what circumstances would a Twitter user report his own tweet? Does the user interface even enable one to do this? Would it even be considered a valid action by Twitter’s back-end?

A conservative Twitter user discovered that one of his Twitter reports claims that he reported himself. It appears Twitter’s new tactic to protect Marxists and censor conservatives is to tamper with reports.
